Hello everyone! Today I’m going to talk about a movie I saw the last week: The name of the movie is “Lost Highway” and the director of this was David Lynch. Like other works of Lynch, this film has a very allegoric and surrealist atmosphere, which make it a few difficult to understand. Nonetheless, I think the movie presents the history of Fred, a deranged man whose relationship with his wife (Renee) was very conflicted, at the point that she tricked him with another man. In his jealousy Fred killed the guy and his own wife and then he was sentenced to the electric chair. Also, when he was in prison, his madness makes him create a new life in his mind, as a form to scape to the terrible reality he provoked and his own guilt. The think is: The movie doesn’t present coherent or chronologically the plot.
