Today I’m going to talk about the reasons I'm in the career of Anthropology:

In 2017 I finished all my courses of History with the idea of been a school teacher (it was my dream job since I was a child), so I started the career of pedagogy in the department of pedagogical studies (DEP in Spanish) in Universidad de Chile, and also I started to finish my thesis of History (an investigation I completed in 2018). Nonetheless, in the practice course, I noted my real vocation wasn’t that and I left the DEP in the middle of 2017. In that moment I felt really depress because I thought I was a loser who was making a terrible decision for his future. But, after some time of meditate I knew it wasn’t true… and I discovered my real vocation was the anthropology (with specialization in archaeology, because it’s very compatible with History)… that’s why I started the career in 2018. 

 My experience in the career has been very good, with some problems, of course, like any other career, but most better than the others careers I studied.... So I’m happy after all.

Hi people! Today I’m going to talk you about my Laptop (a.k.a. my favorite piece of technology ever): How everybody knows, a laptop is an extremely lightweight computer which can be transport anywhere you want. I don’t really remember the specific model of the laptop, but I know it’s an ASUS, a very good brand of technology (I guess). I got it 3 years ago, as a birthday present from my parents. The main reason I love my laptop is because, when I was a child, I always wanted to play computer games, but my last computers didn’t have the capacity to support the games I was looking for... unlike this one which has the sufficient skills to do it (and more!).  Anyways, I don’t use my laptop only to play, I also do it to make my university’s projects, listen some music, watch series and movies, check the news, and a lot of others things... actually, I spend all my free time on that laptop (yeah, pretty much). That’s why I can’t imagine a life without my laptop… at least not a ...

Hi nice people! I’m Joaquín Barretto Tapia and, in this blog, I’m going to talk about myself for my English course: I was born in Santiago de Chile on 1994 (yes I’m kind of old to make a blog, but we don’t have to talk about that… seriously). I live in a beautiful apartment in Providencia with my parents and my big brother. On my childhood I studied in a school calls Patrocinio de San José in the same district. Then, in 2013, I started to study History in Universidad de Chile, career I finished in 2018. In that year I started to study Anthropology in the same university, a career so much better than the first one… honestly. Finally I have to say my favorite activity is eat, especially when I’m watching YouTube videos, anime or anything else in my laptop… well I thing that’s all you have to know… for now.
