Today I’m going to talk about the reasons
I'm in the career of Anthropology:
In 2017 I finished all my courses of
History with the idea of been a school teacher (it was my dream job since I was
a child), so I started the career of pedagogy in the department of pedagogical
studies (DEP in Spanish) in Universidad de Chile, and also I started to finish
my thesis of History (an investigation I completed in 2018). Nonetheless, in
the practice course, I noted my real vocation wasn’t that and I left the DEP in
the middle of 2017. In that moment I felt really depress because I thought I was
a loser who was making a terrible decision for his future. But, after some time
of meditate I knew it wasn’t true… and I discovered my real vocation was the
anthropology (with specialization in archaeology, because it’s very compatible with
History)… that’s why I started the career in 2018.
My experience in the career has been very good, with some problems, of course, like any other career, but most better than the others careers I studied.... So I’m happy after all.
